Each piece is custom made. There are no "on hand" supplies. You order what you want, how you want it, and it is printed by the staff at Snark and Spark just for you.
Since everything is custom made, all sales are FINAL. In the event that there is a manufacturers defect in the fabric, or a misspelling not caught during production, those items will be replaced at no cost.
Please understand that we run a small, family business and fight to keep costs low for our customers, while offering a superior product.
